Responsible for cost monitoring including preparing cost to complete, cost reports, change management and suggesting cost effective measures. Establish project control baselines and ensure compliance. Preparation of method statement for construction work and taking approval from client. Responsible for preparing of payment recommendations, variation orders, amendments and work orders. Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account. Actively involved in the coordination with project Internal and external Audits and enclosure reports. Working together with Project Manager and Coordinator to lead both the planning and execution of project activities, Recording and maintaining issues and risks within the project. Raising material requisition and follow-ups, Coordination with departments such as procurement, contracts, and administration.
