Ensure website re-design project objectives align with business strategy and customer needs.• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define the roadmap, define priorities and ensuring business value-driven features within the Agile Release Train (ART) for the MVP 1.0• Ensure website redesign related epics, features, and stories fit into the broader SAFe framework.• Work with marketing, development, UX/UI, and executive teams to capture requirements and set expectations.• Work with multiple Agile teams (UX/UI, front-end, back-end, content, etc.) to ensure smooth website delivery & Foster a culture of learning, retrospectives, and process optimization.• Identify and mitigate risks, especially dependencies between teams and ARTs.• Help organize and participate in PI Planning sessions to define website design deliverables.• Support Scrum Masters in reinforcing Agile principles, ensuring teams follow best practices in an Agile-at-scale environment.• Monitor velocity, cycle time, and other Agile metrics to ensure continuous improvement.• Ensure website meets performance, accessibility, and security standards.• Facilitate gathering feedback from users/customers and iterating on design/development.• Align teams to deliver website updates in cadence with Program Increments.• Foster a culture of learning, retrospectives, and process optimization.
