Leading the FEA team in various FE Activities in Tower Value Engineering Offshore Team.• Involved in Finite Element Analysis in Towers include Intermediate Flange analysis, Interface flange analysis for Monopile and Jacket foundations, SCF Evaluations for tower features & Top Flange, Full tower lifting analysis, Sea transport calculations etc. in many high valued projects such as NSC, Orange Wind, Inchcape etc. along with certification with DNV.• Expertise in Complex Interface Flange analysis for Offshore wind turbine towers mounted on Monopile or Jacket Foundations and its certification with DNV.• Stress Concentration Factors calculations for weld-Neck interface of the towers in BSH, IEC certification.• Experience in Leading the team in Automation of various calculations such as FLS damage verifications, etc. to imrpve the quality and efficiency using Python.• Created a huge savings of around Euros for the organization in Inchcape project by eliminating the bottom flange machining. • Intermediate Flange analysis for Bolt damage calculations.• Specialised in evaluation of Non standard Problems on the Interface Flange of the tower to evaluate the risk, and thereby allowing/rejecting the proposals.
