Managed social media escalations from merchants, providing prompt and professional responses to safeguard brand reputation and merchant trust and communicating with merchants via calls and emails to resolve their queries, request necessary documentation for account reinstatement, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs. Reviewing merchant accounts to verify whether the chargeback holding period has been completed. Reviewed suspected AML (offline & online) accounts and referred confirmed cases to the for (STR) filings to FIU-IND. Handled merchant accounts engaged in stock trading and loan services, crypto merchants by reviewing their business activities and verifying KYC documentation to ensure compliance with onboarding requirements and maintain data integrity. Investigated transaction spikes in merchant accounts and recommended appropriate transaction limits to align with business activity and risk thresholds. Handled a project on gaming merchants Enterprise and premium sme and sme merchants accounts has done a thorough check on these accounts like fraud reporting / chargebacks & kyc documents & app functionality & google presence. Collaborated with Growth, Business, and Onboarding teams to clarify domain-specific documentation requirements for merchant onboarding.
