ABOUT SHARANYA JAIDEV
I work at the intersection of business and social impact, and believe analytics and evidence-based solutions are the key to reducing poverty. I started my career at Citigroup, picking up the rigorous and analytical thinking that comes from that fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Earning my MBA at Northwestern\'s Kellogg School of Management helped solidify my quantitative background, and armed me with a better understanding of strategy, operations, and marketing. It also introduced me to big ideas and imbued a vision for changing the world that\'s rooted in evidence. My work at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) focused on developing sustainable solutions to improve HIV testing and treatment coverage for pregnant women, exposed infants, and children. At UNICEF USA, I managed several high-profile Foundation partnerships and served as team lead for all things philanthropic operations.I\'m currently at Women Moving Millions where I serve as the Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives.
