ABOUT SHARANYA REDDY CHINTALA

Hi, I’m Sharanya Reddy Chintala, a curious, goal-driven individual who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. As a Management major at O\'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University Bloomington, I’ve found my passion in public affairs and hospitality, especially in administrative roles that focus on creating seamless experiences and delivering real impact behind the scenes.From an early age, I’ve been drawn to environments that require precision, empathy, and a calm head under pressure, which have led me to explore roles where I could do just that. Whether streamlining office procedures as a Marketing and Sales intern at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hyderabad, or helping students and parents navigate complex questions about accounts and financial aid in my recent role as a Contact Center Advisor at Student Central, I’ve learned how much I value structure, service, and genuine connection.My experiences have shaped me into someone who communicates with clarity, adapts quickly, and leads with empathy. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a unique blend of administrative skills, from data management and conflict resolution to event coordination and frontline service, all rooted in a desire to make systems work better for people.Outside of work, I enjoy meeting new people, exploring different cultures and languages through my travel, and taking every opportunity to learn and evolve.
