ABOUT SHARANJIT P.

UK immigration solicitor with a decade of experience advising both corporate organisations and private clients on complex UK immigration matters.I began my career in immigration in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. I currently work as a Senior Consultant at EY, where I advise multinational organisations and individuals navigating the UK immigration system. My work focuses on delivering practical, commercially aware advice in an area of law that is both highly technical and constantly evolving.I have extensive experience supporting businesses with global mobility and corporate immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, compliance and ongoing sponsorship obligations. I also advise on a wide range of immigration routes including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Innovator Founder, settlement (ILR), British citizenship and family-based applications, including partner and dependant routes.Throughout my career I have managed high volumes of applications while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client service. I regularly support clients through time-sensitive or complex matters, including responding to Home Office requests for further information, advising on evidential requirements and guiding clients through the practical and legal challenges of the immigration process.Prior to joining EY, I developed significant private client experience in legal practice and advisory roles, supporting individuals with personal immigration matters including family visas, settlement applications, challenges to refusals (I.e appeals and Judicial Review processes) and British nationality (including complex nationality tracing). This experience continues to inform my approach today, ensuring I bring both a technical and practical understanding to the advice I provide.
