This role acts as a supervisor for junior roles and ensures effective coordination of Business Support within (FMDJ) Facilities Management Defence Justice contract. • Coordinating all business support duties in the Contract to ensure delivery to deadlines• Proactively manipulate systems and run reports as required via Concept• Assisting with finance tasks alongside the Account/Commercial Manager• Using SAP finance system for invoice/ payment queries• Undertaking business support projects as assigned• Assisting in the delivery of Client services as appropriate• Proactive in decision making within the confines of the responsibilities• Managing and Tracking KPI’s
