Implemented a Transformer model for time-series prediction of glucose fluctuations in a bio-reactor.• Implemented spatial variational autoencoder to encode a continuous latent representation of temporal data that can significantly reduce the data generated by complex experiments while retaining the quantity of interest that pertains to the objective of the data• Tested spatial-VAE on EEG and ECG signals with a competitive reconstruction from drastically reduced latent encoding.• Implemented Uncertainty Quantification methods for Scientific Machine Learning such as ensemble, drop out, Bayesian deep learning approaches.• Implemented a particle Swarm Optimization for training physics Informed neural networks. The particle swarm performs the uncertainty quantification which can be further used for active learning.
