With over two decades of experience, Sharad has played a pivotal role in shaping justice and public safety technology. As a former Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, he specialized in post-9/11 data-sharing initiatives, developing frameworks that improved government information-sharing and crisis response. His expertise extends to child welfare system transformation, where he spearheaded foster care data interoperability solutions—reducing child placement time by 60%. This groundbreaking work was presented to Congress, influencing nationwide policy adoption. Beyond his corporate leadership, Sharad is an advocate for technology-driven social impact. As Vice Chair for Human Services Interoperability Workgroup at HSITAG, he champions system-wide interoperability to enhance public sector efficiency.
