In today\'s age of adulteration, most of the things we consume, especially in the form of food, are adulterated. No matter how big the food brand is, real, wholesome, and authentic food is hard to get. Whether it\'s ghee or honey, dry fruits, pulses, everything is, in some way or another, impure. For example, most of the commercial ghee in the market is made from the milk of Hybrid cows, which contains both (A2+ A1 proteins simultaneously, causing bloating and indigestion after consumption. More importantly, they are made from cream, which is not supposed to be. Honey that we have is mostly made from corn syrups, or the dry fruits and pulses we eat are filled with pesticides, or are not of the indigenous varieties. A large portion of this problem can be solved if we buy from our local farmers, local beekeepers, support local businesses, or buy from anyone like me who is sourcing from authentic local farmers from different parts of Bharat. The products we are currently delivering are: Desi Cow Hand-Churned Bilona Ghee Himachal Pradesh sourced Desi Cow Hand-Churned Bilona Ghee ( A bit richer taste due to Cow milk being sourced from a Pahadi Cow ) 100% Organic Honey sourced from local beekeepers directly, and the forests of Himachal Pradesh Himalayan Sea Buckthorn Apples from the local farms of Himachal Pradesh Organic Rajma, Walnut, Apricot.
