Evaluation and input of our current vendors • Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, social networks, community boards and staffing partners. • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities. • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required. • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. • Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
