As a technical lead and architect for Data marketplace initiative, I spearheaded the design and delivery of a new enterprise product enabling data virtualization, controlled access and policy based data sharing aligned with global data privacy and regulatory requirements. The challenge in this initiative, other than cost constraints, involved leveraging existing data management products and data distribution frameworks as well as having variable data maturity levels across different business areas. this initiative unified data discovery, approvals and compliance under a single governance framework - significantly enhancing the transparency and speed of data access across the organization.As a data analyst and operational data lead, I was instrumental in building tools and data models that proved to be effective in supporting Financial Crime Compliances and Monitor audits by delivering highly accurate financial crime compliance functional landscapes supported with operational data explaining current state transformation states and enterprise data lineage across various businesses and leading in to sound financial crime compliance processes.I bring a deep understanding of data paradigm and platforms, architectural tooling products and IT risks and controls frameworks.
