I am the bridge between diverse collegiate talent and the inclusive teams that drive organizational success.As a results-driven and purpose-led University Recruiter, I’m passionate about helping students—especially those from historically underrepresented backgrounds—navigate the transition from campus to career. My own journey through an HBCU shaped not only who I am, but how I recruit: with empathy, intentionality, and a deep commitment to equity.I’ve designed and executed campus recruitment strategies that increased student engagement, expanded early talent programs, and strengthened pipelines across HBCUs, PWIs, and HSIs.
