ABOUT SHAQUILLE ONEAL

I’m Shaquille O’Neal—four-time NBA champion, entrepreneur, and investor. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse portfolio across industries including food and beverage, technology, fashion, fitness, and media. My approach to business is rooted in authenticity: I partner with companies I believe in, stay true to who I am, and surround myself with great people. Education has always been a cornerstone of my journey. After retiring from the NBA, I earned an MBA and later completed a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) with a focus on Organizational Learning and Leadership. I believe education is the foundation of strong leadership, business discipline, and meaningful community impact. Beyond sports and business, I’ve pursued a range of passions—releasing platinum albums, acting and producing film and television, serving as a reserve police officer, and performing around the world as DJ Diesel. I’m also deeply committed to giving back through the Shaquille O’Neal Foundation, which supports underserved youth and families across the U.S. Whether through entrepreneurship, philanthropy, or creative exploration, my mission is to inspire, empower, and uplift others—while having a little fun along the way.
