Just outside the Raw Signal Group office, in big letters on the wall it says: We build better bosses. We started with the idea that work, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth organizations didn\'t have to feel like chaos. I\'ve spent my entire career working in tech. I joined my first startup at the height of the dotcom boom and have been hooked ever since. But I kept seeing people make the same painful mistakes that I made when I first started managing and leading teams. We\'re an industry that talks a lot about iteration. But twenty years in, I didn\'t see much iteration around how we grow and equip the emerging and established leaders in our companies. At best, you get sent to some corporate one-size-fits-all training. At worst, you get told that you\'re smart and you\'ll figure it out eventually. We can do better than this. At Raw Signal Group, we give people the skills they need to succeed. We give them space to figure out what kind of leader they want to be. And they leave the program knowing that they are all part of the same team. This is hands down the coolest and most important work I\'ve done in my career. And I\'ve done some really cool shit.
