ABOUT SHAONLI NATH

Debating between funnels, pyramids, loops, flywheels, slingshots and Death Stars at Freshworks. Why is SaaS marketing so much fun?First - the supersonic pace of planning and execution. Second - the opportunity to solve for incredibly complex buyer decision making. Third - the appetite for tech led interventions in this category that opens up so many sophisticated possibilities. Here for all of it!I have done my MBA from Indian School of Business with a merit scholarship, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Warangal. The main compounding benefit of academics has been in the form of friendships. Prior to MBA, I spent half a decade in advertising as a copywriter walking the proverbial creative vs business tightrope. I do begrudgingly admit I often tilted towards the latter, which in turn set the course for my marketing career. Nowadays, the retired copywriter pops up cringing when someone says “copies” (copy is an uncountable noun like water) Outside work, I listen to and practice music, read, and explore Indian Himalayas. Climate change mitigation is an area of deep personal interest - policy, economics, politics, and tech that surrounds it. Please reach out if there\'s something interesting you would like to share. Have a great day!
