About Shaoni Pramanick
A graduate in International Relations and carrying forward my education in Heritage Management, I\'ve continuously tried to link my knowledge from both the disciplines to get a holistic understanding of the field of heritage and it\'s management. Thereafter, immediately after completing post graduation, four of us from different educational and regional backgrounds started a social enterprise called \'Khayaal\' which tried to deal with the various aspects of heritage and culture, in turn, generating financial independence of communities through intervention to their crafts, heritage awareness and education through various events and lectures for school and college students and the underprivileged children. For ones we cannot reach out to, we also create a lot of social media content to keep followers engaged.
