I am Sha’Nyah Moore, a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Community Services. Currently, I am pursuing my graduate studies at North Carolina Central University, focusing on Higher Education Administration.In addition to my academic pursuits, I currently serve as a Special Education Paraprofessional, where I support students with diverse learning needs and assist in creating inclusive, supportive classroom environments. This role has strengthened my skills in student support, communication, and individualized learning strategies while reinforcing my passion for helping students succeed.My academic journey and diverse professional experiences have equipped me with a robust skill set and a strong work ethic. Committed to achieving success in every endeavor, I bring a wealth of skills and a multifaceted background to any professional setting.While my primary focus is in Higher Education Administration, specifically within Student Affairs and Student Engagement, my capabilities extend to various areas including program development, student support services, academic advising, and student-centered programming. I am eager to contribute my expertise and make a meaningful impact in fostering supportive and enriching educational environments.My aspirations align seamlessly with the goals of organizations committed to student development, and I believe that my academic foundation, hands-on experiences, and passion for student success position me as a valuable asset to any team.
