Improving operation performance by applying continuous improvement practices.(5S, focus improvement, visual management, improvement project, Kaizens, problem solving and task achieving QC stories) implementing, assessing and improving the 5S standards in entire organisation ( Unit 1 & 2). improve process and productivity by lean six sigma projects monitoring the variability of process and product parameters by SPC, capability study (Cp,Cpk) recognise team for their improvement by kaizen scheme, suggestion scheme and six sigma champion program ) monitoring overall equipment effectiveness, analysing performance killers and taking projects to further improvement. facilitating lean practices, training sessions to develop the continual improvement culture in organisation.
