ABOUT PRIYA KHADKA

I am an accomplished Analytical and QC scientist with expertise working in biologics and small molecule purification and analysis. I have 6 years of hands-on experience of GMP release testing, in-process testing and stability testing working for CROs and CDMOs and an innovator biotech company. I have drafted and authored validation protocols, test methods, SOPs, specifications and upwards of 150 test reports contributing to CMC section of regulatory submissions (INDs, BLAs). I am a member of Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) and have obtained CMC course certificate on March 2023, thus have strong and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and ICH guidelines.I have conceptualized, designed and optimized novel CEC ( Capillary Electrochromatography) and HPLC columns that I engineered for my doctoral research leading to 3 publications in peer reviewed journal thus contributing to the Analytical Chemistry field as evidenced by numerous citations of my work by fellow researchers in their papers. I have astute communication skills to simplify complex concepts and convey it convincingly across diverse technical and non-technical audiences as evidenced by 20+ conference presentations, departmental learning sessions and weekly client and internal presentations for a period of 6 years.
