I am a dedicated advocate of policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes. I use creative, strategic approaches to maximize my clients’ recoveries. I represent large corporate clients, small businesses, and individuals pursuing coverage under a variety of insurance policies, including general liability (CGL), errors & omissions liability (E&O), directors & officers liability (D&O), employment practices liability (EPL), and first-party property insurance. I regularly assist policyholders with the claims process, alongside their insurance brokers, and I work closely with clients and defense counsel to provide guidance regarding litigation and settlement strategies.
