I believe that HR role is responsible for creating and managing strong teams that are sustainable and deliver outcomes consistently. I led India’s first and largest animation talent development drive working in close quarters with the Masters in the art & creative community such as R.K.Laxman, Mario Miranda, Bapu & Jayadev Babu. Created appropriate compensation strategies to engage and retain talent for business continuity & growth. In the process of my professional pursuit, I take personal learning as a priority and am passionate about my own learning. In my current role, am responsible to evangelize innovation initiatives in the cloud technology space. Am excited to work with C Suite Leaders and Govt to propel cloud adoption. I will be focusing my energies on creating an impact at the IT industry by rethinking our traditional ways of work, exploring new avenues and constantly assessing the learning outcomes with a goal to ready the IT workforce for “future of work”.
