About Selvarajan Shanthosh

I started my career staring at transistors designing analog and mixed-signal ICs where precision, power, area, and performance need to be managed at \"nano\" level, and every design decision is a deliberate trade-off. I believe that rigor shaped how I think about everything above it. From circuit design, I moved into applications engineering, bridging the gap between silicon and the systems it powers. Today, as a Systems Engineer, I work across power management, sensing, and battery power path design, defining requirements and architecture for ICs that integrate DC-DC converters, charge pumps, hybrid power converters, ADCs, DSP, and communication interfaces, and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to navigate those same fundamental trade-offs — now playing out across architectures and product roadmaps rather than transistors.That bottom-up view has been the backbone of my career. In the last 4 years, I\'ve been deliberately building the other end. Engaging with marketing and strategy teams to understand how products are positioned, where markets are heading, and how technical decisions ripple into business outcomes. I find the space where deep engineering and product strategy overlap to be where I find myself most energized! Besides work, I\'m an avid cross-disciplinary learner — equally at home reading about macroeconomics as I am about human evolution. I decompress with tennis, bass guitar, and conversations that don\'t stay in one lane.
