ABOUT SHANTHINI P
Ever since I was a young girl, I\'ve had a passion for almost all flying objects. As I grew older, I traded myself for a degree in Aerospace Engineering and later did my Dual-Degree Masters in Aerospace Engineering from NTU, Singapore and TUM, Germany. I was very smitten to work in manufacturing and operations after my Masters that helped me land on my very first role as a GRDP engineer in Schlumberger. It was during this tenure that I discovered my true passion in continuous improvement and effective team collaboration in the execution of these CI projects. My background in aviation not only gave me the flexibility to broaden my thoughts on lean manufacturing and lean enterprise, perhaps it gave me the power to identify the cause of defects within a process and devise effective and statistically-driven techniques to eliminate them. My philosophy in life about professional and personal front remain the same - Put your best, the rest is assured. Let\'s connect to see where I can help myself and the organisation, be it for projects or even to get to know each other professionally. Also, I\'m a trained classical dancer, who is passionate about Progressive Rock Music, Reading, Baking and Strength Training. Most people call me Shanthini, Shan works too.
