In the last ~23 years, I have held technical and leadership position involving Backend design execution (RTL2GDSII), Backend CAD flow development and vendor tool management in implementation (PnR) & signoff domains.As part of design execution, I have been responsible for leading a team of ~60 Engineers in Intel Big Core CPU team for Backend execution and driving various strategic items to improve efficiency and product goodness.Currently, I am responsible for leading a very diverse organisation (120+ members) focused on development & deployment of Tools, Flows & Methodologies (TFM) for Backend digital implementation & Signoff flows used widely by Intel design teams
