Being a first generation entrepreneur has been an invigorating and rewarding experience. I started my entrepreneur journey from 2024 having 15+ years of experience in Construction Equipment industry. Today, we R PACE INFRA BUILD LLP are providing professional cold milling services pan India with a fleet of 12 machines.Owning a business means you\'re constantly learning new things. From managing machine inventory to customer service, and from hiring and training staff to balancing the books, I\'ve had to learn & unlearn a wide range of skills. The result has been a robust and sustainable business model.In my spare time, I consult for MNC’s to understand Indian markets & help new entrepreneurs by forming a small community to help each other. I believe in investing in the next generation. I am also an avid hiker, exploring the beautiful mountains of Maharashtra.I\'m always eager to connect with fellow business owners and entrepreneurs.
