   Primarily responsible for the timely and accurate processing of client invoices.•Ensure all revenue is billed and accounted for to minimize the need to accrue revenue for jobs that are complete.• Process accruals for jobs that are ongoing and not ready to be processed until the job is complete.• Create sales orders• Submit invoices to customers based on specific requirements whether they are electronic, mailed or emailed.• Interface with project managers, engineers and field service reps for issue resolutions.• Verify the proper documents are submitted in the job packets in order to invoice accurately.• Responsible for resolution and documentation of applicable billing disputes.• Identify tickets that need immediate assistance and follow up with the appropriate personnel.• Confirm accuracy of billing information processed on invoices.• Assist with updating information for tickets, customers, equipment or any additional information that is needed to expedite invoicing.• Communicate with project managers regarding contracts, change orders and other modifications pertinent to billing.• Assist in training new billers.
