About Shantell Lee
I am an instructional leader and facilitator committed to advancing equitable, high-quality teaching and learning through intentionally designed professional learning experiences. I have delivered and customized in-person and virtual professional learning that centered on modeling best practices for curriculum implantation with products such as Imagine IM, Guidebooks, and EL Education. In addition, I have coordinated onsite and virtual logistics for districtwide and school-specific trainings, designed customized coaching plans and curriculum supports, and analyzed feedback data to strengthen implementation of high quality instructional materials. My professional experiences have deepened my expertise in training coordination, public speaking, coaching design, and project management. Across my numerous roles, my mission remains to cultivate transformative educational experiences that align with the goals and missions of schools and school adjacent organizations.
