I am an education leader and doctoral candidate focused on strengthening school culture through professional learning, leadership development, and student-centered systems.As Special Assistant to the President and CEO at AVID Center, I support executive leadership, board governance, and cross-organizational strategy. I also lead alumni engagement efforts that connect AVID graduates to mentorship, professional networks, and opportunities to give back.I am currently pursuing an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Communication at New Mexico State University.
