I am a textile design student with a deep passion for Indian craftsmanship and a strong commitment to preserving the rich textile heritage that defines it. My work revolves around exploring traditional techniques, artisanal crafts, and heritage textiles while integrating contemporary design perspectives. I firmly believe that craft traditions are not just cultural legacies but living narratives that need to be celebrated, supported, and adapted to modern contexts.Alongside my interest in textile heritage, I am equally dedicated to sustainability in design. I actively explore sustainable practices such as natural dyeing, eco-friendly materials, and ethical production methods to ensure that traditional crafts can thrive in an evolving, environmentally conscious world. My goal is to contribute to the revival and continuation of these invaluable crafts by promoting their relevance in today’s design landscape.Through continuous learning and hands-on exploration, I aspire to bridge the gap between heritage and innovation, supporting artisans and promoting sustainable approaches that honor India’s rich textile traditions.
