Coordination and management of the entire Agri entrepreneurship program and scaling of the programme at Jharkhand.• Mentoring & monitoring of full time professional team of Agri/livelihood mentors who further mentored Agri-Entrepreneurs connected with 40 thousand farmers for augmenting their income.• Identified, Selected & trained 300 youth aspiring to become Agri entrepreneurs.• Nano Enterprise Development of 200 trained youths trained in Smart farming & Agro Entrepreneur practices establishing Agri service centres to cater the needs of farmers.• Educating farmer through trainings of Farmer Groups, Exposures, Field Demonstrations, Classroom sessions by domain experts for knowledge & technology transfer.• Implementation & scaling up of Agri products & Services within the community positively impacting income and transfer of technology• Interface with other stakeholders and partnership with industry connects for ecosystem building.• Work closely with Credit, Ops and Product on the on-boarding and retention of Donors.• Laid the foundation and facilitated operation of an FPO run & managed by Agri entrepreneurs an unique initiative.• Driving team - on new projects, tech solutions & AE Incubation that grows impact of the programme.• Co-creating customised solution for farmers & Identifying opportunities for Agri entrepreneurs for better offering to farmers.• Mentoring & handling a team of qualified professionals working as mentors.
