I wear multiple hats. I\'d like to talk more about some of the work I have done so far-Entrepreneurship - Since August 2004# Founder & CEO, The Recruiters - An Executive Search & HR Consulting Firm founded in 2004, that is into CXO hiring & also offers Virtual CHRO Services. Apart from this I also founded two more companies that were not successful, one called Artistjunction in 2015 to promote performing art and artists, and DigiSocial360 in 2023 a Digital Marketing Firm.Corporate Career (Jul-1995 to Aug-2004); 9 years# I started my Career post-MBA at age 22 as a Management Trainee in a Fortune 500 Company ABB. I have been an HR Head in various companies like - an ABB group company (its JV with the MP Birla group in Satna, at age 25), Oberoi Hotels (Head - HR, Trident Agra, at age 28), Daksh (Head BFSI BU HR - Later became IBM Daksh and then Concentrix), Global Vantedge (Head - HR, A Chrys Capital Company), Astra Global (VP - HR, A Westbridge Capital Co.)Part-Time Activities # Guest Jury at many national-level management events held by - All India Management Association (AIMA). I was also on the steering committee of one of these competitions called \"Pragati\"- Celebrating Achievements of Women between 2019 and 2023.# Guest judge in Admission interviews of FORE School of Management since 2006.# Publications- The author of the book \"Fight for Life - A Journey of Resilience\" available globally on Amazon - is about a significant, near-fatal health issue that has caused two near-death experiences and has managed to come out of it stronger and more resilient. Apart from this, I have contributed articles to various magazines related to HR and Business both in Print and Digital Media.I hold a bachelor\'s degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master\'s in Business Administration from the FORE School of Management.

This is possible due to the superior quality of candidates sent to companies after our careful screening process. The retention of candidates is also much better as we seek their complete buy-in on the role and company before sharing their profile. We occasionally also handle HR Consulting assignments for companies.My effort as the CEO is to maintain and improve constantly the quality of work done in the field of Executive Search & HR Consulting. This focus on quality & integrity above everything else has created such a reputation for our firm that gets us, new clients, from word of mouth from company CEOs, the Board of Directors, HR Heads, and the vast number of senior-level candidates that we have helped find an appropriate career opportunity over the last so many years.
