ABOUT SHANTANU GOSWAMI

I am a technology focused leader who has led multiple global implementations as a consultant in my previous roles as well as an IT Director (CX,OM,PLM) in my current role at Fortune Brand Innovations (including The Master Lock Company)I have successfully managed budgets, resources and timelines as well as relations with multiple SI partners/product vendors while advising business leads from line managers to C-level executives in sales, service and marketing domains on process optimization/change management/platform adoption to consistently deliver high quality on-time projects. My qualifications in computer engineering and business administration as well as experience working with multiple organizations in manufacturing and finance space helps me create an optimized blend of technology/mobility stack and business processes to help organizations grow while serving their customers in most efficient ways. If I wouldn\'t have been doing what I do today, I would have probably captained the next Start Trek spaceship and given Picard and Janeway a run for their money. I am also blessed with a loving family that keeps me grounded and motivated in whatever I do.
