As a seasoned procurement professional with over 3 years of experience, I have developed a strong expertise in managing various aspects of purchasing and supply chain operations. I have successfully led multiple projects, including the development of a new plant project at True Elements, where I was responsible for sourcing seeds, dry fruits, food processing machines, packaging materials, and other essential items. I also achieved significant success in contract farming sourcing of Jowar and Wheat for making flakes, demonstrating my ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively.In my current role as a Purchase Executive at Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), I continue to apply my skills and knowledge in procurement, purchase planning, and asset management. I am passionate about optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and delivering value to the organization and its stakeholders. I hold an MBA degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Anekant Institute of Management Society, which has equipped me with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to excel in this field.
