I help fix the loopholes and bottlenecks in processes by redesigning workflows, innovating UI/UX and data connectivity for old and new systems. That\'s part of what I do in my current role.Along comes negotiating requirements between Business and Technology, documenting BRD/FRDs, testing and everything else that comes with reinventing a process to eliminate risk and manual touchpoints.Started with Trade Management middle office under Asset Management when I joined the investment banking industry where I used to work heavily with brokers, custodians and clearing houses for derivative products.Moved on to a new role in Billing, working on calculation of management fees which involved negotiating fee terms with clients, Sales and multiple onboarding teams for business. This helped transition me into the current role where I provide Billing solutions from A to Z.
