I lead a team of professionals overseeing statutory reporting, tax strategy, treasury, and financial operations aligned with US GAAP, Ind-AS, and local regulations. I drive monthly closures, GST audits, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing (BAPA)—ensuring compliance and financial integrity.I act as the India Treasury PoC, managing foreign exchange spot trades and banking relationships to optimize liquidity. As Global GL Superuser, I’ve led ERP migrations—from legacy systems to Oracle PeopleSoft and Workday—enhancing automation, reporting accuracy, and turnaround time.I’ve driven global finance transitions into India, building dashboards to strengthen budget adherence and transparency. Collaborating across HR, procurement, and operations, I embed financial discipline and support cost-efficiency and strategic growth.My role also spans audits, vendor contracts, statutory inspections, and compliance oversight, including SEZ operations and corporate spin-off projects.
