Advocate regularly appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums to represent clients in high-stakes civil, commercial and criminal matters.Representing clients in ADR mechanism of negotiation, mediation and Arbitration proceedings in various matters related to commercial transactions. Representing clients in suits relating to Recovery, Possession, Damages, Injunction, Partition, Cancellation, Specific Performance of Contract.During this period, I have had the opportunity to represent matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the Learned District Courts, Consumer Forums, and Tribunals.Also attained substantial exposure to various facets of litigation and have become proficient in drafting, filing, researching, and presenting compelling arguments before courts and tribunals.
