ABOUT SHANTALL TAYLOR
As a HR Intern at Neptune Energy, I gained valuable experience in every HR function, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and the recruitment process. I conducted and led a research project on the employee experience and onboarding, partnered with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to screen and interview candidates across different countries, and worked with the HR Coordinators to ensure data integrity and prepare payroll and documentation.I am graduated with a MSc in Human Resource Management at Robert Gordon University, where I am developed my knowledge and skills in HRM theories, practices, and strategies. I am also an Associate Member of the CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development. Additionally, I hold a MA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen, which reflects my interest and passion for global issues and affairs. I volunteered at AIESEC, a student-led non-profit organisation, where I specialised in organising international exchanges and mentoring participants. I participated in the Global Community Challenge hosted by the University of Calgary, where I pitched sustainable solutions for non-profit organisations in an online setting. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am motivated, adaptable, and research-focused.
