Represented DWA on company-wide technology and innovation committees, driving cross-functional risk assessments and advising on emerging regulations and compliance requirements. Led legal operations technology projects to streamline workflows and scale compliance processes across the business. Main legal contact for DWA Strategic Alliance team in charge of drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements. Production Attorney on the following film franchises:\"Shrek\",\"Puss in Boots\",\"The Bad Guys\",\"The Croods\",\"The Boss Baby\" and others Draft, negotiate and review for execution a variety of A-Level above-the-line agreements for animated features, specials and DVD bonus materials, for talent including writers, directors, voice actors, producers, and consultants. Draft rights acquisition, licensing, production services and vendor agreements. Advise and interface with production, accounting, finance, labor and employment, marketing, promotions, consumer products, insurance, tax, distribution, trademark, and clearance teams on matters related to animated films, including exploitation across all platforms (SVOD, PVOD, EST, etc.) Draft and distribute memos summarizing talent approvals, consultations and rights for animated films. Supervise credits process for animated films to ensure compliance with studio precedent, contract and guild requirements. Review and analyze chain of title and prepare chain of title memos for animated films. Special Project: Revised legal templates to reflect changing media landscape and adjustments necessitated by COVID 19
