In detail: Dr. Shanshan Zhu graduated from Genoa Law School with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude and received a recommendation for publication for her dissertation,\"Corporate Governance and Enterprise Reform in China.\" In May 2019, she earned her Ph.D. with a dissertation titled \"Corporate Governance of Banks: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Establish a Sound Culture.\" She served as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Sustainable Financial Regulation until May 2021 and has been an Adjunct Professor of Company Law of Tourism at the University of Genoa since 2019. Her research focused on corporate governance, organizational culture, finance and banking regulation, and sustainable finance. Dr. Zhu interned at Allen & Overy in the Corporate and M&A Department and was admitted to the bar (lawyer) in Milan in October 2019. Before joining Nexta Capital Partners as Senior Sustainability Manager, Dr. Zhu worked as an ESG & Climate Change Consultant at Rina Consulting S.p.A, an ESG Analyst at Cerved Rating Agency, and an ESG Specialist at FinScience. She has been also an Academic Fellow at EUSFiL Editorial Assistant of the EUSFiL Research Working Paper Series, and a member of the Research Network for Sustainable Finance
