ABOUT SHANON BRUSSE

I am a driven leader who enjoys pushing the limits and finding new ways to improve performance and create positive outcomes for both my team and residents.As an individual with a background in creativity, I have been able to incorporate this skill set into my left-brain focused career, where I take pleasure in developing processes and procedures to improve the performance of my team. I am motivated to find innovative ways to enhance the operations of businesses and promote a thriving environment for my teams. As a leader, I strongly believe in growth and development through teamwork. My approach is to explore different products within the industry to increase efficiency and create a better living and working experience for all. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Southern Mississippi, I have worked for an advertising firm before venturing into the multifamily property management business in 2006. My experience includes being a Property Manager and a Director of Operations, managing over 2,600 units across 19 condominium and apartment properties. Currently, I serve as a Director of Property Management, overseeing 22 properties with 7,059 units throughout Florida. As an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Bay Area Apartment Association and formerly served on the Board of Directors for My involvement in these organizations keeps me informed on industry trends and provides me with opportunities to improve the multifamily industry.
