Where to meet in Florida? The Palm Beaches. Come meet at the square-foot Palm Beach County Convention Center in downtown West Palm Beach. The Center connects to the 400-room Hilton West Palm Beach. In fact, you have more than rooms within a short stroll. When meeting in Boca Raton, The Palm Beaches present a citywide collection of 1500 rooms. All centered around square feet of meeting space at Mizner Center, located in the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Arriving is super easy. Three major airports serve The Palm Beaches. Cool thing is, Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) sits about 3 miles from the convention center. Or, ride the rails to meet, as high-speed Brightline has a station in downtown West Palm Beach and Tri-Rail has six stops in The Palm Beaches and service to all three airports. You can always drive right in, using either I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike.
