I am a graduate of Grand Canyon University and GCU Honor’s College. I chose to pursue a degree in Business Management with a double-minor in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies in hopes of finding a career where I could help the people around me. As a Communications Specialist at Edelman Financial Engines, I leverage my project management experience and passion for creative problem-solving to deliver high quality marketing campaigns and ongoing client communications. I collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to ensure marketing programs are set up and executed as expected, while meeting strict customer service requirements.I also focus on data analysis and reconciliation as part of quality control processes associated to marketing campaigns, using various tools and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. I am always looking for ways to improve operational efficiency, reduce risks, and document best practices. I enjoy learning new skills and technologies, and I am always open to feedback and suggestions. My goal is to provide excellent service and value to our clients and stakeholders.
