As a highly experienced healthcare management professional, I have an outstanding record in managing change initiatives, customer experience efforts, client/program management teams, and full-cycle contracting. I take a human centered design approach to inspire teams to ideate and iterate based on the voice of the customer. I have a strong belief that putting the customer first is good for business. I have led the successful implementation and ongoing management of customer experience, alignment, PAP (patient assistance programs), and reimbursement programs. Among my peers and clients, I\'ve built a reputation for solving complex problems, reducing errors and costs, and increasing consumer/client/physician satisfaction and revenues. My belief is that outstanding customer experience is a top priority and I have reinforced this belief through action as both a leader and individual contributor. I hold a Master’s Degree in Change Management and have been certified through Forrester and Medallia in Customer Experience.
