About Shannon Spruill

I am a professional, high energy, self-starter with 17 years’ experience in account management and innovative process management and 7 years’ experience in technical support. I can build strategic alliances with key decision makers that solidifies and enhances current customer relationships; increases brand recognition, market share, revenue, and profit margin. Efficient in cross-functional teams - working closely with internal Account Representatives, Field Representatives, Vendor Representatives and Market Development to ensure that client’s needs are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved. I am currently an Account Representative II with the Mid-Market Business Group at Ingram Micro, where I have been employed for over 24 years. I graduated Suma Cum Laude from Bryant and Stratton College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University. I am founder of an online community and podcast called Parents Pushing Past Their Grief. I am a former board member of Our Curls, Inc, a non-profit agency that provides cancer support to women of color. I am also a former board member of the William-Emslie YMCA. I am a published author and a recipient of the 2018 Women Touching World Award for my community work.
