I currently lead the Merchandising Platform, which consists of two backend-focused teams:Search Platform - which is responsible for providing all vehicle search-related functionality, recommendations, and personalization.Vehicle Platform - which is responsible for the intake, management, and delivery of merchandised vehicle data.I manage a team of 9 (all engineers of varying experience, including an Engineering Manager).
