As part of the Experience Design team at ETR, I often lead the research, content strategy, and UX phases of a project. Some of my favorite things to do include research and analysis, content audits (well, the effort is worth it for the learnings!), and navigation design. At the end of the day, I love getting to tackle and solve problems of all shapes and sizes with all kinds of different people.Deliverables I am frequently involved in producing include findings reports, content audit matrixes, site maps, voice and tone guidelines, wireframes, and InVision prototypes.
