Selected as a WICT Rising Leader Led the development of learning solutions to support a client base with team members within a Fortune 75 corporation. Focusing on creation of facilitator and supervisor onboarding and development programs. Leading a team of L&D professionals including Curricula Managers, Instructional Designers, Animators, and Graphic Designers Maintaining a library of standard new hire components and compliance courses used across all of Customer Operations. Successfully executed design and redesign of numerous new hire onboarding programs within Charter Customer Operations. Demonstrated the impact of training initiatives to senior leadership by drafting and implementing evaluation plans and metrics. Oversight of the development of learning solutions including non-facilitated interactions (e.g, Video/Audio, Online Forum, Branched and Decision eLearning, Gamification), Knowledge Management and Communications targeted to deliver accurate information to our learner audiences as well as teach both new and recursive skill development.
