With expertise in software/licensing updates and all things with an expiration date, I work closely with our renewals team to create proposals and help clients obtain the exact services they need. I manager a very high volume of active and pending proposals and keep detailed records of activities and communications.I excel at follow-up and leverage our system tools and Microsoft Excel to complete tasks efficiently while keeping reports and materials professional for our clients. My extensive experience with Microsoft Excel allows me to program macros creatively and effectively.Beyond my renewals expertise, I\'ve also taken on inside sales, administrative, and event coordination tasks. I\'ve maintained strong relationships with our strategic accounts and vendors, which allow me to obtain competitive pricing and gather valuable information for our customers.At the heart of my work is a passion for creative thinking and problem solving.
